North Admiral, West Seattle

1904 Timeless Seattle Redesign in West Seattle's North Admiral neighborhood.

Keeping with a classic aesthetic, I added walls of windows to frame the endless views of the Seattle cityscape, creating a backdrop for sophisticated living. Prior design did not take view into consideration as home was not built originally to face the commanding views.

Custom craftsman architectural details added throughout.

4300 square feet, 4 bedroom, 4+ bathroom home renovation and redesign

with formal living room, family room, 2 formal home offices, custom home theater,

custom wine storage and upscale laundry room.

Redesign and porch rebuild-- creating a traditional, colonial aesthetic.

Nana Wall opening to custom outdoor space, creating indoor/outdoor living.

Custom design backyard was excavated and multi-tiered with custom gas fire pit, outdoor rain shower and carbon black, hard trowled concrete with saw cut pattern patio.

Teak fencing and hot tub surround.

This extraordinary private backyard featured in Seattle Met Magazine.

It truly created a rare, hidden oasis.

Drystack veneer rock retaining wall.
